7466 ÷ 8 = 933 with 2 remainder
933 ÷ 8 = 116 with 5 remainder
116 ÷ 8 = 14 with 4 remainder
14 ÷ 8 = 1 with 6 remainder
1 ÷ 8 = 0 with 1 remainder

Step 4)
In the final step, we take the remainders from Step 3 and put them together in reverse order to get our answer to E951 hexadecimal to octal:
