52403 ÷ 8 = 6550 with 3 remainder
6550 ÷ 8 = 818 with 6 remainder
818 ÷ 8 = 102 with 2 remainder
102 ÷ 8 = 12 with 6 remainder
12 ÷ 8 = 1 with 4 remainder
1 ÷ 8 = 0 with 1 remainder

Step 4)
In the final step, we take the remainders from Step 3 and put them together in reverse order to get our answer to CCB3 hexadecimal to octal:
