6049 ÷ 8 = 756 with 1 remainder
756 ÷ 8 = 94 with 4 remainder
94 ÷ 8 = 11 with 6 remainder
11 ÷ 8 = 1 with 3 remainder
1 ÷ 8 = 0 with 1 remainder
Step 4)
In the final step, we take the remainders from Step 3 and put them together in reverse order to get our answer to BD08 hexadecimal to octal:
