684 ÷ 8 = 85 with 4 remainder
85 ÷ 8 = 10 with 5 remainder
10 ÷ 8 = 1 with 2 remainder
1 ÷ 8 = 0 with 1 remainder

Step 4)
In the final step, we take the remainders from Step 3 and put them together in reverse order to get our answer to AB0A hexadecimal to octal:

AB0A hexadecimal = 125412 octal
