16315 ÷ 2 = 8157 with 1 remainder
8157 ÷ 2 = 4078 with 1 remainder
4078 ÷ 2 = 2039 with 0 remainder

254 ÷ 2 = 127 with 0 remainder

In the final step, we take the remainders from Step 3 and put them together in reverse order to get our answer to FEEE hexadecimal to binary:
