EDCE hexadecimal to binary

Now we divide the sum from Step 2 by 2. Put the remainder aside. Then divide the whole part by 2 again, and put the remainder aside again. Keep doing this until the whole part is 0.

60878 ÷ 2 = 30439 with 0 remainder
30439 ÷ 2 = 15219 with 1 remainder
15219 ÷ 2 = 7609 with 1 remainder
7609 ÷ 2 = 3804 with 1 remainder
3804 ÷ 2 = 1902 with 0 remainder
1902 ÷ 2 = 951 with 0 remainder
951 ÷ 2 = 475 with 1 remainder
475 ÷ 2 = 237 with 1 remainder
237 ÷ 2 = 118 with 1 remainder
118 ÷ 2 = 59 with 0 remainder
59 ÷ 2 = 29 with 1 remainder
29 ÷ 2 = 14 with 1 remainder
14 ÷ 2 = 7 with 0 remainder
7 ÷ 2 = 3 with 1 remainder
3 ÷ 2 = 1 with 1 remainder
1 ÷ 2 = 0 with 1 remainder

Step 4)
In the final step, we take the remainders from Step 3 and put them together in reverse order to get our answer to EDCE hexadecimal to binary:

EDCE hexadecimal = 1110110111001110 binary
