13129 ÷ 2 = 6564 with 1 remainder
6564 ÷ 2 = 3282 with 0 remainder
3282 ÷ 2 = 1641 with 0 remainder
1641 ÷ 2 = 820 with 1 remainder
820 ÷ 2 = 410 with 0 remainder
410 ÷ 2 = 205 with 0 remainder
205 ÷ 2 = 102 with 1 remainder
102 ÷ 2 = 51 with 0 remainder
51 ÷ 2 = 25 with 1 remainder
25 ÷ 2 = 12 with 1 remainder
12 ÷ 2 = 6 with 0 remainder
6 ÷ 2 = 3 with 0 remainder
3 ÷ 2 = 1 with 1 remainder
1 ÷ 2 = 0 with 1 remainder

Step 4)
In the final step, we take the remainders from Step 3 and put them together in reverse order to get our answer to CD24 hexadecimal to binary:
