What is the 100th digit of Pi? The last digit of the number above is the 100th decimal of Pi. As you can see, the 100th decimal of Pi is 9. However, Pi starts with 3 which is also a digit. Thus, if you start at 3, then the hundredth digit of Pi is 7.
